Works were carried out on this site without any notification to local authorities so a retrospective planning application was required. We spent four days in an on-site office measuring the existing building and producing it as indicated and then transferred all details of works carried out onto a proposal for retrospective approval.

We could if required model the building and provide plans and elevations with relative ease and export them into an AutoCAD format for use by the end-user or their designers.
