The client is a planning consultant and therefore appointed us to carry out the drawing package only of the extension of grade two listed building that is situated in an area of natural beauty.

 

Care was given to ensure the mass of the extension did not shadow that of the existing outbuilding. The design package included plans and elevations along with 3D imagery to give the heritage inspector a visual representation of what is proposed.
