Loft Conversions - Various Locations

We have successfully delivered many loft conversions in the history of Phoenix Design Man, similar to garage conversions there are lots of elements that make these types of projects more bespoke than a single-storey extension for example.​

Not all loft spaces are created equally, depending on the age of the property. We start here and provide a full survey of the space from top to bottom, we then draw the details and work closely with our trusted Structural Engineers to ensure that the alterations that we propose are feasible and safe. We then formulate the client's brief based on the space we are able to provide.​

Depending on the building location the works are mostly considered as permitted development, however, we would always seek a certificate of lawfulness to ensure that our clients have proof of this should they come to sell the property. ​

We then carry out Stage 3 works which ensure that the detailed design meets the building regulations and that the builder can deliver the project in a safe manner.
