A builder appointed us to carry out design-based costings to enable them to offer their client the most accurate possible works and provide a professional service that accompanies theirs. The designs were translated from printed drawings into the BIM system. ​

Once completed the information was passed to the builders' merchant to offer accurate pricing against all elements, taking a lot of guesswork out of the mix, the builder won the job on the basis of the cost provided.
