4 Bedroom New Build - Huddersfield - West Yorkshire

We received a planning-approved scheme and were then asked to design and optimise the scheme before delivering full detailed drawings for construction purposes. The original design was not workable and did not use the space well. We carried out our optimisation and altered the scheme with the planning department. ​

The building was built into the hill and we were requested to use innovative building processes and eco-constructions. We built the walls with ICF formwork and the roof with SIPS roof panels we also used a water treatment plant and dispersed the drains into a reed bed. ​

The client built the scheme with some help from tradespeople, the setting out of the building and the levels were all gathered on-site and noted on the drawings.
