The client was a referral from another local nursery school that had similar design work carried out by Phoenix Design. They had an area they required for an overspill of children during afterschool clubs and lunchtimes.

We carried out the full design from inception to completion which included planning drawings and building regulations liaison.

 

We provided a tendering service obtaining four prices for the works from local builders. Before progressing to site works we administrated the contracts to the chosen builders and offered contract drawings for construction.
