A builder appointed us to carry out design-based costings to enable them to offer their client the most accurate possible works and provide a professional service that accompanies theirs. The designs were translated from printed drawings into the BIM system.

Once completed the information was passed to the builders' merchant to offer accurate pricing against all elements, taking a lot of guesswork out of the mix, the builder won the job on the basis of the cost provided.
