Steven - Architectural Leader
Stage 1 - Deliberate
We keep things as simple as possible by splitting our service into four stages.
The first is the deliberation stage where we get to understand the project, the client and the client brief.
This stage also involves the liasion with 3rd party consultants such as the structural engineers and building control.
Stage 2 -
Draw
The second stage is the most exciting bit when our clients creations come to life, we use the latest in BIM software and 3D modelling software to create our clients dream spaces.
This will include a typical drawing package that is expected for any type of architectural design work, such as layout plans, elevations and site plan information.
We offer options for our clients to consider before finalising the drawing package with 3D images to show an artistic view of the building to ensure that it meets with the clients expectations.
Stage 3
- Detail
Stage 3 takes the design package from stage 2 and enhance it with detailed design and specifications. This includes such elements as cross sections and specifications alongside more enhanced detailing of junctions.
This level of information ensures that the building regulations application has the best chance of success, or on smaller jobs a building notice may be the prefference. Either way this process results in the building inspector issuing a final building regulations certificate to show that the building meets all of the current building regulations at the time.
Stage 4 - Deliver
We can assist our clients from inception through to completion of their architectural journey, the deliver aspect, or stage 4, consists of processes that we can carry out to ensure the post design / building regulations stages run smoothly.
This could include the tendering of the project to obtain the best builder cost for the works, allowing our client the relief that this often tricky process is taken care of with the greatest of care.
