Our client based in Ingleby Barwick, County Durham required more space for a bedroom and bathroom along with En-suite to the existing bedroom, all above the existing ground floor annex.

 

They required fully detailed design and planning application drawings package but also choose to go with an enhanced set of drawings and costing information to enable them to allocate an accurate figure for the build once they choose to proceed with the works.
