Phoenix Pricing Structure
The image below outlines items of work based on a typical project. We seek to offer services that suit our clients’ budgets and requirements. We do this by outlining the numbers relevant to a specific fee proposal, as some may not be relevant to all projects.
A total cost is then provided based on the expected hours to complete the project multiplied by the hourly rates, explained below the image.
Third-party costs are not included in our fee proposal, but we will always advise you on these costs.
Typical Cost Breakdown - 20% on Appointment | 50% on Client Approval | 30% on Submissions
Phoenix Hourly Rate
We base all of our fee proposals on the work required to fulfil the client brief. This is based on experience working on other similar-sized projects and industry-available information; we aim to provide as detailed a breakdown as possible so that we receive the value our service deserves while enabling an affordable package of work for our clients.
As a Professional Architectural Office, we have the usual overheads alongside Professional Indemnity Insurance to ensure our clients can confidently engage us. Our architectural leader has 23+ years of experience in the industry and is qualified with a first-class degree in architectural technology, while our support staff of four have a collective 20 years of experience.
With industry-expected hourly rates ranging from £50/Hr for experienced team members to £20/Hr for technicians, we have averaged our hourly rates to £35/Hr to provide the best value possible to all our clients.
We always seek to provide swift service based on our client’s expectations. We shall give weekly updates on the progress of their project, and if there are any current or expected delays, we aim to deliver a single-storey extension or conversion within four weeks. A Larger job would have a more extensive timeline in proportion to the project.
